# Bab Far North Full Field Development Project

The project is part of the BAB CO2 hub to help meet ADNOC’s sustainability ambitions

Location: UAE 

Operator: ADNOC 

Duration: 2022 - 2025 

Scope: FEED and EPCM 

This project will allow ADNOC to increase crude oil production to 3.0 MMbbl/d by developing additional reserves (building block development) in the various ADNOC Onshore fields.

The scope of the BAB field upgrade project includes the development of oil producing wells, water injection wells, artificial lift wells, well-bays, let down stations, water injection clusters and other infrastructure required to sustain the production capacity of the field. The project fulfills both ADNOC's aim to implement CO2 EOR and Masdar's objective to reduce carbon footprint by carbon capture.

Kent will carry out the following services:

- FEED into EPCM services increasing production to 450,000 bbl/d including CO2 injection
- Engineering & procurement of all facilities and equipment
- Contract & construction management of the facility and into commissioning
