A client who specialises in the revitalisation and redevelopment of brownfield sites for industrial purposes was working on renovating an old industrial complex to turn it into a modern manufacturing facility. Given the complexity of the site and the need for precise measurements, the client sought out Kent for innovative solutions to streamline the construction process.

**Some of the challenges the client was looking to tackle were:**

- Incomplete As-Built Documentation: The existing site lacked comprehensive documentation, making it difficult to assess the condition of structures and utilities accurately.
