Scope: Completions, Commissioning & Startup 

We provided technical expertise and support for the commissioning and start-up of a major refinery complex in Saudi Arabia. Our team played a vital role in commissioning the refinery, terminal, and integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) plants, including the gasification and power generation plant. With our involvement, we ensured the smooth start-up and integration of various complex systems to meet project timelines and operational goals.

**Scope:**

- Technical and specialist expertise for commissioning and startup of the refinery, terminal, and IGCC plants.
- Support for JIGPC’s gasification and power generation plant.
- Involvement in the commissioning of multiple power plants, including an air separation unit at the Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) power plant.
- Six personnel engaged as Field Technical Support Advisors and Document Control.
