This project harnesses the power of advanced digital technology to develop a centralised monitoring hub to oversee The Client’s onshore entire assets and operations.

We developed an Intelligent Operations Centre (IOC) to bring a holistic view of the field activities and strategies across The Client’s onshore operations. By incorporating lessons learnt and simulating *what-if* scenarios, the IOC proactively addresses the production or quota shortfalls, ensuring optimal performance. It also fosters seamless collaboration to ensure rapid response times and accelerate decision-making.

**Our scope:**

- FEED for the development of the Intelligent Operation Centre (IOC)
- Develop the IOC operating philosophy and value quantification framework
- Prepare EPC tender with details for engineering & procurement of all IOC facilities and equipment
- Market study for a state-of-the-art technology solution
