# Ethane Facility Upgrade – Pipeline and System Integration

Seamless ethane pipeline installation and system integration

Location: Saudi Arabia

Duration: 2020 - 2024 

Scope: Construction 

We worked on upgrading a major ethane facility, focusing on the installation of an ethane pipeline with associated well site flow lines, valves, and fittings. The project also included integrating corrosion inhibitor and methanol injection skids, a Fiber Optic (FOC) and data network system, cathodic protection, and a SCADA system with Remote Terminal Units (RTUs). Additionally, we delivered IT transmission and telephone networks, valve stations, burn pits, and the construction of a new water pipeline with all necessary valves and fittings.

**Scope**:

- Installation of ethane pipeline and wellsite flow lines with all necessary valves and fittings.
- Integration of corrosion inhibitor and methanol injection skids.
- Implementation of Fiber Optic (FOC) and data network system.
- Installation of cathodic protection (CP), SCADA system with RTUs.
- IT transmission and telephone network installation.
- Construction of valve stations, burn pits, and a new water pipeline with valves and fittings.
