Conor Crowley’s article, “The Power of a Simple Accident Model to Help Design Out Foreseeable Hazards”, in the latest issue of ‘Risk Assessment & Compliance*’*, explores the role of HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis) in identifying and mitigating risks. Drawing from his vast experience in safety engineering, Conor explains how these simple accident models can help design out hazards in complex processes.
