Spanning six years, the Kazakhstan-based project represents a major achievement in safety, delivery, and local content impact. Between 2019 and 2025, Kent provided commissioning services across five concurrent scopes, covering processing facilities, utility and power systems, gathering networks, and control infrastructure. At its peak, the campaign mobilised more than 3,800 team members, consistently delivering over 550,000 safe work hours per month. With more than 24.5 million work hours completed without a single Lost Time Incident (LTI), the achievement stands as a powerful example of Kent’s uncompromising safety culture. But the success runs deeper than numbers. With over 26 years of in-country experience, Kent's local engagement was a cornerstone of this campaign. The project achieved: - 96% national workforce participation - 86% of total project spend retained within Kazakhstan - 66,817 training courses delivered to national personnel > *“This was a truly special project for Kent. Rapid mobilisation and close collaboration helped guide the project to First Oil—achieved in early 2025, significantly ahead of revised forecasts. This milestone marks more than the end of a project – it reaffirms Kent’s global commissioning leadership, and the long-term legacy of care, capability, and performance our teams bring to every region.
