We bring together over 100 years of experience designing, building and maintaining the assets that power the world today and making them future-ready for tomorrow. From Conventional Energy, Low Carbon & Renewables to Petrochemicals we have the skills and capabilities to help our clients to navigate the energy transition with confidence. In 2022, the split of our revenues across those three markets was 50%, 30% and 20% respectively. It is our strategy to derive our revenues equally across each of these markets by 2027 and working with our clients to decarbonise all three of them. However, we are aware that the energy transition brings challenges, including the need for skill transitioning. The workforce is concerned about being 'left behind' if they do not quickly adapt to green projects, feeling overwhelmed by the vast amount of knowledge required and uncertain about where to acquire it. That's why our Subject Matter Experts and Learning & Development team collaborated to create and launch Transition READY, a learning programme that cuts through the volume of information on energy transition and new technologies. As part of our commitment to "Nurturing Brilliant Minds," this 4-week fast-track course empowers our employees to excel in the Energy Transition (ET) space. Designed for individuals at all levels of technical expertise, Transition READY equips our team with the knowledge to lead in energy production and contribute to Kent's ground breaking projects. Our strategy, focused on empowering people, supporting a thriving planet, and living with purpose, has made a real impact, demonstrating our commitment to meaningful change. We're proud to offer this programme to all 13,000 team, receiving outstanding feedback and positive results.
