Plus, Maisie opened up about the Kent Graduate Programme: > **The Kent Graduate scheme is three years, and from the beginning, you are put on real-life projects with real-life clients. You get three years of structured training, so you complete modules and get outside external learning that kind of builds on each year that you're within the scheme.** > **You get a lot of good technical experience. There are a whole lot of courses that you can go on to further your education.
