Marcello brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as Managing Director at Bluewater, where he successfully led numerous high-profile transactions. His expertise in investments and acquisitions will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand. Marcello is no stranger to Kent; he served as a Board Member during Bluewater’s ownership from 2018 to 2023. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of our business and culture. Now, we are excited to have Marcello join us, where his knowledge and passion for our organisation will help us drive towards our ambitious goals. As we continue to expand into markets, Marcello will play a critical role in leading our M&A processes, optimising strategies, and maximising returns on investment.
