Develop a campaign for those who engage with third parties that compliance cannot be out sourced

Develop a multi-step ethics and ABC learning approach

Empower our people to be upstanders, not bystanders, and raise their hand when they see something wrong

Review, re-launch and embed, Kent human rights standards for labour suppliers

Undertake due-diligence screening on all suppliers

We’re encouraging every member of our worldwide team to play big, thrive on emotional agility and be upstanders, not bystanders. And we embed that culture into everything we do.

Implement a programme of training on how to be a good Kent citizen building the behaviours that tie into our core beliefs

Establish ‘shadow hub’ ensuring the views and opinions of our future leaders in Kent taken into account during the decision making process

Establish an internal communications ecosystem that ensures people are well informed, provides easy access to everything they need in their working day, increases employee engagement and breaks down cross functional / geographic barriers

Establish and implement a framework for global ideas and innovation projects

Implement a global flexible working policy for Kent that works for all
